What is an Elite Plus membership?

We offer an elite lifestyle membership for frequent travellers across the globe. 

Elite Plus are the very first all inclusive elite travel members card for travellers worldwide.

We work and partner with some of the biggest airline, hotel and travel names across the seas meaning our members can embark on their onward journeys in comfort, style and explore some of the most prestigious perks throughout the year.

How do I activate my Elite Plus membership and start enjoying the lifestyle benefits?

​

Once you have submitted your application, we will email you with a confirmation and pop your welcome pack in the post.

Your welcome pack will include the following:

​

. Elite Plus Lifestyle Booklet (helpful information on your worldwide travel perks).

. Sleek Metal Elite Plus members card

. Your 5 Star Travel Insurance Certificate and documents

​

You will also receive a welcome letter with your 10 digit activation code, login to your membership portal and enter your activation code and its all systems go!

I have lost/misplaced my Elite Plus members card, is there a fee?

​

We understand things can be misplaced, after all we are human. 

Your first replacement card is on us meaning you won't be charged, we will also send this as a Express Tracked Delivery to ensure your replacement card arrives to you in a hurry.

​

Any further replacement cards will incur a £20 admin & delivery fee.

​

​

Do I need to carry my Elite Plus card at all times?

​

We always recommend having your physical membership card to hand as some venues, lounges and even airlines will require to see it along your travels.

​

Keep it safe, think of it as your travel companion.

​

You MUST have your physical Elite Plus members card with you when entering any airport lounge, failure to do so may result in access being denied by members of staff within the establishments.

How do I apply the 25% discount to my flight booking?

​

Simply login to your portal and select "Book Flight". You will see a list of supported airlines, select your desired airline and you'll be diverted to their official website where you will find your discount applied upon purchasing your flight tickets.

Can't see your discount applied when checking out?

Get in touch with us right away by emailing member.support@eliteplus.com​

How do I activate my Hotel Status perk?​

​

Your membership comes jam packed with automatic hotel reward programme enrolments such as:

​

. Marriot Gold Elite Status

. Hilton Honours Diamond Status

. World Hyatt Globalist Tier

. IHG Platinum Elite

​

You will receive your unique joining links via the email you provided us with when signing up, ensure you sign and fill out each welcome form for each hotel status programme to activate your tier.

​

Some hotel programmes can take up to 3-5 working days before your complimentary hotel rewards status can be applied.

​

If you can't see your updated hotel rewards status, please get in touch with us and we will reach out to our partnered hotels to swiftly remedy the issue.
